Cinematographer
Lars Skree graduated as Director of Photography from the National Film School of Denmark in 1997.
He has filmed a number of feature and documentary films, receiving awards for his cinematography, including the 2015 CameraImage’s Golden Frog Award for the Oscar-nominated® documentary The Look of Silence and the 2011 Sundance Film Festival’s Best World Cinema Cinematography Award for the documentary Putin’s Kiss.
He was nominated for an Emmy and received the 2010 Roos Award for the Cannes Film Festival’s Semaine de la Critique Grand Prix winner Armadillo, a docudrama for which he put his life on the line while filming it.
Throughout his career, he has shot projects in countries such as Uganda, Lebanon, Syria, Greenland, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Afghanistan.

حاز لارس سكري شهادة في إدارة التصوير من المدرسة الوطنية للسينما في الدنمارك عام 1997.
وقد صوّر عدداً من الأفلام الطويلة والوثائقية، فحصل على جوائز عن أعمالٍ له في الإدارة التصويرية، من بينها: جائزة "الضفدع الذهبي" التي فاز بها عام 2015 في خلال مهرجان CameraImage الدولي للإدارة التصويرية عن الفيلم الوثائقي الذي رُشّح لجائزة أوسكار نظرة الصمت (The Look of Silence)، وجائزة أفضل إدارة تصويرية فاز بها عام 2011 في خلال مهرجان صندانس السينمائي الدولي عن الفيلم الوثائقي قبلة بوتين (Putin’s Kiss).
وقد رُشّح سكري لجائزة "إيمي" ونال جائزة "روس" في عام 2010 عن الفيلم الوثائقي الدرامي Armadillo الذي حصد الجائزة الكبرى في خلال "أسبوع النقاد" أثناء مهرجان كانّ السينمائي والذي من أجله عرّض سكري حياته للخطر أثناء تصويره.
وفي خلال مسيرته المهنية، صوّر أفلاماً في أوغندا، ولبنان، وسوريا، وغرينلاند، وسريلانكا، وتايلند، وأفغانستان.
